We are dedicated to providing the highest quality products to market and to maintain that level we need to know when a product fails to meet these standards. We hope to avoid anything like this happening, however we are only human and very occasionally things do go wrong. Should you be dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us so that we can put things right.

You can check the information that we hold about you by contacting us. We will get back to as soon as possible, however if you email us over a weekend it may be Monday when we get back to you.
Our hours of business are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
